Magicwash PPR is a cold-water-soluble, non-elasticity-loss and highly effective anti-backstaing agent designed for use in formulations of ready-to-use neutral cellulase powder or use directly in the laundry/washing. To make a readyto-use neutral cellulase powder, customer is supposed to use only Magicwash PPR, raw cellulase powder or granule, buffer and filler, without add additional antiback staining agent so that make the formulation easier. Not only does it prevent the re-deposition of indigo dye stains in the process of denim stone-washing, (abrasion processing) but it gives the washed denim a high-contrast look with clean pockets.

Application

A. Formulation with acid/neutral enzyme powder/granule: 10 - 18%.

B. In addition to the de-sizing, stone-washing or clean-up processes: 0.1 - 0.5 gm/L

Note: When used as an anti-backstaining agent in the laundry plant, it is recommended to add Magicwash PPR directly into the washing machine, without pre-dilution. It is not recommended to make it first to a liquid stock solution, because the stock solution may go bad in a week or two. If laundry end-user wants to make a liquid version for easy-use, they can prepare a 20-25% stock solution with room-temperature water at site, but must use them up within one or two days. If found small amount of insoluble particles in the stock solution, do not worry. It’s normal and won’t affect the use and effect of the product.
